The Municipal corporation was renovating the Kowdiar Bus Waiting Shed near Heera Palace Apartments, at the Kowdiar Junction. This waiting shed will be of immense help for many who use this bus service towards Nedumangad, IISER, Ponmudi, Palode, Vithura, Kallar, Peppara Dam and other outskirts of the city outskirts of the city after their tiring work/ study schedules. The Inner Wheel Club branding as sponsors on the waiting shed adds to the benefit the Club.
